With a bachelor’s degree in Arts and Sciences and a Master’s degree in Business, wealth management has been one of his strong successes in helping customers within his community. Obtaining a Property & Casualty, Life & Health, and Securities 6/63 licenses are attributes that make Marcus reputable in earning customers trust. Leveraging his business and sales knowledge as well as his interest in the Insurance field, Marcus started as an Allstate Agent/ Agency Owner where he not only sold policies, but also helped policyholders understand their new policies and claims in English and/or in Spanish. With his skills and abilities in Account Management, Conflict Resolution, Customer Service, and Interpersonal Communications, Marcus earned countless Company and community awards. Including 5-time Allstate Top in Country and the prestigious Smithsonian Latino Center “Portraits of Latino Achievement Award”.

Currently, Marcus opened an independent Insurance Agency powered by Nav-Sav in Laredo Texas, where he will continue to serve his community and the great state of Texas. He is married to his beautiful wife Ada for 24 years and is father to two amazing and talented girls, Sophia and Selika Moreno.

Jackie Gutierrez has over 15 years of experience in Insurance Sales and Customer service. She has spent most of her career as an Insurance Agent in Laredo Texas working with Allstate Moreno Insurance Agency winning countless awards in Sales and outstanding customer service.

Jackie graduated for Texas A&M International with a bachelor’s in psychology and a minor in sociology. Leveraging her skills in psychology and sales knowledge as well has her interest in helping and educating policyholders, Jackie has a large client base because she helps policyholders understand their policies, providing information on claims, and explains different features of insurance plans. Her dedication to customer satisfaction has earned her excellent ratings from policyholders and the highest award in Texas region with Allstate Insurance Company. Being fluent in English and Spanish and varied communication skills as well as sales acumen have made her a very successful sale and customer service Agent with a track record of success.

Juany Gonzalez
Insurance Agent

Juany Gonzalez is a Laredo Texas native. She has been a licensed Life Insurance and limited lines agent for over 12 years and has been selling policies to fit individual customers needs with an emphasis on Long-term relationship building as well as excellent customer service.

Juany has worked for Allstate Moreno Insurance Agency and has been named Employee of the Year multiple times. She has a loyal following, especially in the Spanish speaking community. Having grown up in a boarder town, Juany is bilingual offering great customer service to our Spanish speaking clientele as well. In her spare time, she enjoys attending her two turtles (Coco & Tequila), being with her family, and her wonderful siblings.
